Protein Cake with Whey Protein Isolate

Description

This high-protein cake is soft, moist, and perfect for a healthy dessert or post-workout snack. Made with whey protein isolate, it’s low in sugar and packed with nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whey protein isolate (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup oat flour (or blended oats)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk (any type)
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix whey protein, oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
