Returns Policy

  • Please make a video while opening the packaging as supporting proof.
  • Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubts or questions about authenticity.
  • Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept returns or replacements.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If the outer package is damaged or tampered with, we recommend not accepting the product from our courier partner.

Kindly take a picture or video while unboxing. If the inner product is damaged and you wish to replace or return it, please email us at supportindia@heremysupps.com with the following details:

  • Name
  • Contact Details
  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Product Batch Number

Expected Response Time: 24–48 hours.

After receiving the details, our team will examine the case and take appropriate action.

Wrong Product or Missing Units

All shipments go through rigorous quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare cases where you receive an incorrect product or missing units, please send the following within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Snapshot of outer packaging
  • MRP Hologram
  • Batch Number
  • Images of products received
  • Invoice copy

All returns are reviewed for eligibility. Refunds are subject to verification by the SUPPS team. No return of damaged products will be accepted if the product has been used, opened, or the seal has been broken.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Note: Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, the full amount will be refunded.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped:

Via My Orders Section

  1. Go to your Account.
  2. Click on “Orders”.
  3. Select “Order Details” for the order you wish to cancel.
  4. Click “Cancel Item”.
  5. Select item(s) and provide cancellation reason.
  6. Click “Confirm”.

Via Email or Call

Email your cancellation request with Order ID to: help@heremysupps.com

Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

Before Shipping

Refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

After Dispatch / Return to Warehouse

Refunds will be processed once the products are received and verified at our warehouse.

Payment Method Based Refund Timeline

  • Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: Processed within 24–48 business hours after verification. It may take an additional 4–7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank transfer will be initiated after receiving invoice and bank details via email. Processed within 24–48 business hours, plus 4–7 additional business days for credit reflection.

Discount Vouchers & Loyalty Points

  • Discount vouchers are for one-time use and will be treated as used even if the order is cancelled.
  • Loyalty points will be credited back to your account in case of cancellation.

Shipping Policy

SUPPS India ships products across India only.

  • Orders are shipped within 24 hours.
  • Shipping is available on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.
  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipping.

Delivery delays may occur due to unavoidable logistics challenges beyond our control. SUPPS India reserves the right to cancel orders in case of extended delays or untraceable shipments and refund the amount to the original payment source.
